Beyond Words VR for maintaining employees' foreign-language skills

Objective

As part of their training, Hotel Porta Pia employees are required to take language courses to maintain their speaking skills. In order to offer an innovative and interactive tool, the Human Resources Director contacted us to deploy Beyond Words VR.

Description

We've made the seven-language catalog available so that, in addition to English, employees can work on other skills and even learn new languages.

Results

• 7 languages available
• 2 hours per week on the application, compared with 1 hour on the previous solution
• Visible progress in speaking skills after just 3 weeks
• Solution rolled out to 100 employees
